I know that you are wondering why you should read my blog or what I have to say. I can tell that you are thinking that it is a waste of time because you have an entire day that you have made for yourself in which to read other things online. Well, I am here to tell you that you are wrong. You may not know this, but when you have made an entire day for yourself to read other things, like other blogs, you are in a time of slavery. You are in a time of slavery because you are not reading for yourself, you are reading for the benefit of others.

You must first love yourself before you can experience real love. You must first think you are worthy of blessings and riches before you can receive them. What you can’t discover inside yourself, you’ll never find outside of yourself.

These axioms aren’t simply words to live by; they’re metaphysical truths as well. Before you can accept love from the outer world in any way, you must first be open to receive it, which occurs in your Heart Chakra.

The Heart Chakra’s Role

Your Anahata, or Heart Chakra, is directly close to your heart in the middle of your chest. The heart is linked with both receiving and expressing love all throughout the globe. By association, this energy center is linked to all acts of true love: compassion, mercy, generosity, and nurturing are just a few examples.

You share your Heart Chakra energy when you offer love in any way. It is your Heart Chakra that absorbs and integrates the love energy that others pour into you.

You will have a hard time giving and receiving love from others, the Universe, and yourself if your Heart Chakra is blocked. You may find it challenging to ever have enough or to feel full and complete in yourself if this Chakra is too open.

The following symptoms are common when the Heart Chakra is dysfunctional:

  • Loneliness, isolation, or emptiness are common feelings.
  • Feelings of shame or self-loathing that are excessive
  • Insufficiently satisfying relationships in one’s life
  • Inability to experience love, compassion, or regret

  • Joy and a sense of self-worth
  • Relationships that are healthy and loving
  • Generosity and compassion
  • Immunity that is both physical and mental
  • Abundance, blessings, and gifts


How To Bring Your Heart Chakra Into Harmony

Don’t worry if you don’t have enough love, serenity, or abundance in your life. There are a few easy methods to have your Heart Chakra spinning at the correct rate!

Affirmations come first on the list. While affirmations may help you make changes in any aspect of your life, they are particularly effective when it comes to opening yourself up to love, both from yourself and others.

The following are some excellent affirmations to use:

  • I’m proud of myself.
  • My friendships and romantic connections are both loving and rewarding.
  • I am very fortunate.
  • My body recovers fast.
  • I am whole in myself.


Remember to say your affirmations out loud and on a frequent basis. The goal is to integrate these positive thinking patterns into your everyday life, and hearing yourself speak nice things about yourself may help you do that. You may not see the changes right away, but they will happen!

The second item on the list is to love and care for oneself physically. Physical well-being is influenced by a balanced diet, frequent exercise, and sufficient sleep. You are reminding yourself that you are worthy of love by taking care of your physical body. Allowing oneself time to recover physically also allows you to heal from emotional stress.

Finally, and probably most importantly, don’t donate more than you can afford.

Society tells us that we should be unselfish, which is true to some degree. Giving your affection and attention to someone or something without getting anything in return may be downright dangerous!

Metaphysical energy that is drained will ultimately become diminished physical energy. Giving more than you have can deplete you on all levels, and in the long term, it may even create serious health issues. It is true that a shattered heart may cause death.

While cardiac arrest is on the extreme end of the scale, individuals who over-exert themselves in the sake of helping others are often afflicted by physical, mental, and financial issues.

First and foremost, take care of yourself.

If you’re ill, sad, or broke, you can’t assist anybody. Maybe you can do it for a while… However, there will come a moment when you will reach the point of no return. You’re no good to anybody if you’re laying in the fetal position, crying, or worse, lying in a hospital bed, no matter how much you love them.

Striking a balance between taking care of others and taking care of yourself is important. Consider this: if you’ve been giving for so long that you can’t remember how to put yourself first, you’re probably giving beyond your boundaries due to a lack of self-worth.

Perhaps you’re scared that if you don’t continue to provide, people will get enraged. Perhaps you’re scared that if you don’t fulfill your responsibilities, others will judge you severely. Perhaps you’re concerned that if you abandon a position or endeavor, you’ll face financial repercussions.

Whatever your concerns, the truth is that if you really loved yourself, you wouldn’t care what others thought of you. And you wouldn’t be concerned about your future if you really believed in yourself.

Others will adore you if you love yourself. Others will respect you if you respect yourself. Take good care of yourself, and the Universe will look after you. You will never go hungry if you are genuinely open to love and plenty.
