You are going to read this blog post because you are experiencing anxiety. You know that you want to be happier, but you don’t know how to get there. You know that something is wrong with you, but you don’t know what it is. You know that this anxiety is something that you don’t want to be with for your life. You want to be happy, stop being anxious and become who you want to be. You want to overcome your anxiety.


 Every day, we are confronted with extremes in our everyday lives. What are our options for coping? If you’re feeling stressed, I may have a method that may help you relax through the stressful times life throws at you.

 This technique may change your day-to-day lifestyle; I’ve struggled with anxiety for much of my life. Allowing yourself to not be perfect is not a “cure” for worry; rather, it is a Technique or Practice that may assist relieve tension in the present. However, when confronted with a severe anxiety trigger, it is difficult to overcome. Allow yourself to begin by concentrating on your awareness, whether it’s your soul, consciousness, or the space between your third and fourth eyes.

 To begin, focus your attention on the moment or circumstance that is causing the worry. Begin by picturing yourself freezing the moment by inhaling deeply and slowly. Do not exhale; instead, hold the breath until your lungs are completely filled, then softly exhale. As you exhale, your tension will start to dissipate; push your awareness to let the tension as your breath dissipate.

Relax and begin to settle. Take as many breaths as you require, always remain mindful when inhaling & exhaling. Each breath outward will release your tension, emotion & align the brain and central nervous system to a state of balance. You will begin to feel more in control of your situation and emotional reaction when you feel stress or in a heated moment of intensity.
